Day 68 For the Love of Shoes

My daughter and I share many interests, one being the love of shoes!  I have been in the process of going through my children's clothes.  I have many totes of boys clothes in our basement just needing to find a new home.  One of the totes happened to have a pair of my DD outgrown shoes.  They were one of her favorites so I am going to keep them, but did the good ol' "I'll just toss them in here for a while to get them out of the way".....as well as to prevent them from getting lost in my ever so organized messy basement!  I figured now was a fun time to capture her with them for keepsake purposes.

    What wonderful pictures! I especially love the second one; it is pure perfection. But I also love the contrast of her silver shoes next to her ever so pink tutu. You couldn't have planned that one any better!

    Ok, Catherine and Karren are up for getting together. I can start polling people as to where they are and see if we can figure out something that makes sense. I'm in Texas and so is Keara and so is Carlynn. Karren said she can fly anywhere free. Any thoughts?

    And I laughed OUT LOUD when I read your comment because I set up the shot, looked at the frame and then CLEANED the messiness out of the kitchen behind me! lol You should see the floor now! This place is a pig sty right now. The closet is getting there, but I need some kid free time to finish!
