So since I was editing most of the day and really didn't want to try to be inspired to take a daily photo, I put my oldest DS in charge! He loved it. So my photo of the day was taken by my son. {He uses my old D40 for fun photos on Auto ~ doesn't make my job of editing fun} I think it sums up my day quite well! I pretty much jumped out of bed and put my hair up in my ever so fancy daily do. {Melissa, we would get along just great!}

And since I know there are so many of you who are posting all those pretty flower photos that I am ever so envious of.......I wanted to make you a bit envious of all the cold, fluffy white stuff we have covering our soon to be budding flowers....

Yes! That is me again...

My DD first day sledding. Little boots, big boots! The day was perfect to be outside with a toddler.

Mild temps and lots of sun makes winter not so bad.

Love her little boots!

Who needs water when you have snow??

Not so fond of the snow crystals!

My three loves.
Wanna come visit?! One request....please bring some of those colorful flowers! :)

I love snow! When there's something to do with it! Here in Chicago? Not so much...
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of camera do you have? I LO-O-OVE your photos!!
It's hard to believe you have all that snow when we're running around in shorts down here...so why don't you pack up and come visit us...and leave the snow at home! :o) I love your shots from today. It shows another side of who you are, and it's fun to get to know a little more about the person behind the camera. Did your DS take all the shots? The fist sledding picture is awesome! I love your natural smile and how adorable your DD looks; what a fun moment perfectly captured!
ReplyDeleteI do my collages in Picnik. I wish I could say I do something more elaborate or fancy, but I don't know how, and Picnik makes it so easy that I haven't had to learn how to do something else. And let me know if I can be of any more help with the going to bed issue; it really has made a difference around here having a whole evening to do things or spend time together with my DH...imagine that!
I love your snow pictures! I enjoy snow, but not for long. I am ready for spring!
ReplyDeleteLove them all! And I hear you about the snow...it is snowing here as I write.
ReplyDeleteYes, I would love to come visit and play in the snow. I will bring greenery and flowers. Love your little girl in her cool little shades.
ReplyDeleteFun snow pics! We just got more today... Ugh!
ReplyDeleteWow, your husband did a great job!! I love all the snow pics!!
ReplyDeleteHaha YES! We would totally get a long well. Now if only we lived closer to each other. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the snow pictures. I want to come play in it. My daughter didn't go on her first sled this year, maybe next year, so I can't wait to get these photos. Did you meter for your husband and then hand over the camera or did you put it in auto? Your pictures are all so properly exposed, I'm jealous!
I am a little jealous of your snow! We didnt have a sled this year, but I'm going to buy one for next year. Recommend any certain kind? GA here ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd your hubby did a fantastic job. My fave is the "Love her little boots" one!
ReplyDeleteLove these! Your husband did a great job on the snow pictures and I love that you got into them too. Gotta say though, I don't miss snow at all (I'm from MI, only been in the south 5 years).
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun day. Love the first one of the two of you riding the sled. Pure joy on your faces.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE all of your snow pics. I never have got anything so good in the snow.
