Day 132 Monochrome Day

I apologize already!  I went a bit overboard on the monochrome.  I was inspired by Katherine and put my camera on monochrome.  I shot to my  hearts content while we were eating lunch.  I could have kept going except that my card filled up!  Here are some that I took during lunch. I enjoyed capturing many different faces of my DD.  Again....my apologies....this is a bit crazy!!   SOOC with a little ACR here and there and that is it!  It was so nice not having to worry about all the colors!!
{Fish Face}

{Ehhh...}

{Stop already Mommy!}

{I'd like another cracker}

{If I get one, so does Sophie...}

{Face whenever she smells something not so pleasant....she has a very sensitive sniffer}

{She knows her Mommy is pretty funny!}

{Deep in thought}

{Airplane?}

If you made it this far, thanks for sticking around ;)  It was such a great change shooting on monochrome!!  I will have to do it again!!

  1. love the series!!! my eyes are always stuck to your DD's eyes!!! right on focus on those, too!!! as much as I love all of DD's facial expression, I can't help but fall in love with the sole shot of your cutie doggie sticking his/her tongue out!!! you were so prepared for that tongue coming out, eh!!!LOL...

  4. Very good! Love all the faces! Do they turn out any different shooting in that as opposed to converting after in editing?

  7. So cute! They came out great, and I was going to say that the conversions all look great and then I read that you'd actually shot in monochrome! I swear monochrome doesn't look that good out of my camera!

  8. Tracy!! I think this is my favorite post so far! So, so cute and each image is just....*swoon*!! Too funny about the sensitive sniffer. Allison (my middle child) has a delicate nose, too. ;o) I love the upside down face and the first photo, too. So many good ones for this post.

  9. I LOVE these. She has so much personality. I think I'm going to have to do this. I would love to not have to edit skin every once and while. :)

  11. Ditto to what Noreen said about her amazing eyes and your ability to capture them so perfectly...they just seem to jump out of every photo right at me! I love all these and am glad you didn't cut any of them out, but my fav is the upside down one. Too cute. I played with Monochrome too after seeing Catherine's post and have to tell you I'm a big fan of it for sure.
