Day 258 Peaceful

Our house has been anything but peaceful this week.  It's was our first week of homeschool and it's been great!  It feels so good to get back into our routine again.  I think I speak for the boys though when I say we will miss summer!  We woke up to frost this morning and it was a quick reminder that fall is here.  At this time of year I am thankful for the Minnesota Indian summers.  I hope there are a few that want to make an appearance before the snow flies.

My apologies for not making it to your blogs as well as those who have been so sweet to comment on mine.  Summer was a whirlwind and the beginning of our school year is no different.  My nights are spent planning and preparing for the next day of lessons with time on the couch with my honey after.  I've decided I am not going to take on any photo adventures this fall/winter except for my project 365.  It will give me time to continue to read and learn about photography.  And most importantly, teach my little ones.

    You are a brave woman. I could never do full time homeschool. I do love to have projects to do during the year.

    Great shot as always! We woke to rain, definitely fall now. :( We only got two weeks of real summer. Makes me very thankful for our trip to California to see some real sun. hehe Have fun with home school, I too love routines.
