Day 255 Day Dreaming

This photo was from Saturday, Sept. 10th.  I am also posting a day early!!!  Why?  First I am trying to stay more on top of my blog, second we start homeschool tomorrow!!!  This means Mondays are going to be busy again (not like they weren't already, but more with a schedule).  We'll open our day with devotion, spelling, piano, Spanish and Choir.  We are all so very excited for the new year!!!

This weekend we spent Saturday planting the 6 trees we purchased over a month ago, but never had time to plant them.  A few are a bit stressed, but I think they will be fine.  While planting I couldn't help but notice a space filled with beautiful light.  I had to run over to the neighbors back yard to see if it would look just as beautiful through my camera.  I am all about "trying" to find the light lately.  So this is what I got.  I have a few more I want to get to, but I am off to setting up my lessons for tomorrow.
I love this boys Spirit!
I haven't calibrated my monitor in a while and aI m completely going off my numbers...How do the skin tones look on your end??  It's the one thing that always has me taking deep breaths.  I am too much of a perfectionist!!  Darn!  Why do I have to be that way ;)

  5. I'm not calibrated either, but to me they look wonderful, beautiful, gorgeous...just darn near perfect. Maybe it's because the subject is so adorable that I don't think you could make him look bad. I really love the light here and both these darling shots you got of him. Good luck on your first day of school!
