Alabama Bound {Day One}
I've been meaning to post a few photos from our first day Alabama bound. I hope to post a few more in the coming days.
Our first day on the road included a 14 hour drive. It was long, but the kiddos were amazing! I couldn't have asked for more. A quick stop in St. Louis, Missouri to see the Gateway Arch. Sadly we arrived too late to make a trip to the top. That is a must for our Alabama trip 2013!! I purchased a wide angle lens and loved it for the shots I wanted to capture on vacation!
We arrived very late in Tennessee at our sweet little resting place for the night. We awoke early for a wonderful breakfast before heading to Graceland in Tennessee and then Alabama bound again.
Our room was spacious and full of wonderful light so I had to take advantage of the children getting some exercise before another long day in the car.
I hope to get to some more this weekend!

All are wonderful captures of a family trip. We took many of those growing up with no photos to stir the memories. Hope you have a safe trip. Stop over and tell me where you're headed. I hope it's somewhere sunny like Gulf Shores.
