It was a great night for trick or treating. We are not always so lucky to be able to go around with out hats, coats and mittens on. We've made it a tradition the last few years to venture down to my husbands and my old neighborhoods where we grew up and trick or treated. The grandparents love to see the grandchildren and the neighborhoods feel cozy and comfortable to us. This year we got a later start than we wanted to due to Halloween falling on our busy Mondays. We skipped Ethan's choir and left right after our Spanish class. A bit late, hence my lack of photos, but we had a great time. Plus I was able to take in each and every second without trying to capture that perfect shot. I now plan to get the kiddos all dressed up again and have a mock trick or treating night! :) Can't let this stage pass by that easy ;)
Estelle loved seeing her little cousin Olivia all dressed up. She wouldn't stop looking at her.
Not so sure of the other trick or treaters.
And not neccessarily the best angle, but this is my Leighton. Fits his personality to a T.
For "not getting that perfect shot" you sure got some great ones!
ReplyDeleteEveryone looks so great in their costumes - love the photos.
ReplyDeleteI would say you captured it perfectly....no need for another shoot!
ReplyDeleteLove the costumes. halloween is fun and kids are always happy.
ReplyDeleteI caught a glimpse of one of these on FB--and gotta say the costumes and captures are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic! Love them.
ReplyDeleteThese are darn near perfect in my book! You captured some wonderful moments and the feel of the evening, so how much more perfect than that can you be. ;o)
