Day 335

Ever since putting our tree up over two weeks ago an everyday tradition for Estelle has become rearranging the ornaments.  She loves to see them sparkle, twirl and drop to the ground.  Thank you Target for shatterproof ornaments!!  My husband wasn't so lucky 34 years ago when he decided to eat a broken ornament.  :)

This is our first year of her being mobile that we put our tree in our main living room.  Last year we had a very large tree in our entry way for that very reason....Estelle tugging and playing with the ornaments.  I don't mind her playing with them at all and pray the tree doesn't end up toppling over onto her.  It's a fun stage to see her curiosity with the little balls and see the glow in her eyes as she accomplished a tug!
I am playing around with editing again ;)  It's so fun to learn new things!  I am always happy to answer questions about what I do with my photos and know several of you have expressed interest in this.  I am not so sure my knowledge is worthy of a workshop, but my phone and I are always willing to spend some time with you ;)  Just send me an email!

  1. Well you already know that I'm a big fan of your editing!!! :) Love this perspective and apparently Adalyn and I need to fly out there so Estelle can teach Adalyn how to properly handle the Christmas tree. lol Ours is half decorated because Adalyn gets mad if there are any ornaments on it. She's so silly. :)

  3. I love how you captured her adorable little hands at this age...so sweet and precious. Once things calm down and the 365 year is over, you can bet I'll be calling you!

  4. Beautiful edit! Love the 'softness' of it. We too have a 'decorator' this year. :)

  5. Love this! I remember my 3 doing the same thing at about her age. You know I love your editing and I've been meaning to send you an email but just haven't found the time yet.
