She did a few last happy dances in her crib before the big destruction that night. She was one happy girl knowing she would soon be sleeping in a big girl bed.
I also wanted a one last peaceful image of her with her crib. This makes me a bit sad now looking back. I can't believe I have a toddler already. Where have the last few years gone? They have gone far too quickly for this Mommy!
She loves her new bed and her new found freedom. She loves that she can meander into our room in the middle of the night. I should say "loved". We put an end to that by telling her she needs to call for us from her bed because Mommy does not want her falling down the stairs for some crazy reason like if she is not fully awake while walking. You know, moms think of these crazy things....or is it just me??
Having big brother hang out with her has transformed her mannerisms into a little girl.
I thought she had a lot of stuffed friends with her in her crib. Well it seems that there is a must for even more. Those are some lucky stuffies!
I have even started her on making her own bed! You can never start to young with this I believe. She loves her new big girl responsibility. For now!
And I just love her little piggies!
